I have always hesitate to buy any probiotic products on line then I came across this website , found out they have a local store at Al wasl, Recently visited their store, they have some good stuff in there, very friendly stuff and informative,I was so happy for some reason it’s a very clean, you can taste some of the probiotic like kambucha before you buy.I bought kefir grains, it’s been 10 days but I haven’t felt like this in years. I sleep better my gut health is fantastic. Really surprised to see a change in short time on my overall health my kids really loves the home made kefir not sure how much they can drink daily though.I’m ordering the water kefir on line today will update you soon.
I recently attended a fermentation workshop at Tabchilli, and it was an incredible experience! Maher, the owner, is deeply passionate and incredibly knowledgeable about the art of fermentation. His enthusiasm is contagious, and he made the entire process so engaging and easy to understand.The workshop was hands-on, and I learned so much about the history and techniques behind making fermented foods. Maher’s expertise shines through in every detail, and the best part? Tasting his creations! His fermented foods are absolutely deliciousThanks again and look forward to another workshop soon 🙏

The fermentation workshop was fascinating and fun. I learnt so much about all the different types of fermentation from kombucha to hot sauce and everything in between. Maher was extremely generous with his knowledge, tips and tricks but also with his produce which was delicious. I enjoyed the kombucha, hot sauce and also the kimchi which can be purchased. I look forward to doing more workshops.
