- 100 g Cauliflower florets (regular)
- 50 g Cauli Batter (see recipe below)
- 20 g Panko Crumbs
- 60 g Tabchili hot sauce bomb sauce (see recipe below)
- pinch of Chives (garnish)
- pinch of Toasted white sesame seeds
- Coriander leaves
Procedure:
- Coat the cauliflower florets in the Cauli Batter (see recipe below) then coat with Panko crumbs.
- Deep fry the cauliflower florets until golden brown and crispy.
- Toss the fried cauliflower florets in the Tabchili bomb sauce (see recipe below)
- Garnish with chives, toasted white sesame seeds, and coriander leaves.
