Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah:

Orders placed before 12 pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be scheduled for next day delivery.

All Fermented Foods will be delivered within 24 hours. Our Tabchilli team will contact you to confirm delivery details and timings.

We guarantee clear communication from our team to ensure a seamless and hassle-free delivery experience.

If our Chilled product range did not arrive Chilled, do not worry, means they have fermented an additional few hours, which will not affect quality or taste – just refrigerate when you receive it.

Verify your delivery address thoroughly before submitting your order to avoid any potential re-delivery charges due to delivery issues beyond our control.

The applicable delivery charge will be added to your final bill at checkout. Above 200AED and delivery will be free.

If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact us. The Tabchilli team will investigate immediately and work to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. Please note that different timelines may apply during holidays and peak seasons.
