- 20 g Arugula Lettuce

- 50 g HOT SAUCE DUBAI Paste
- 40 g Coriander
- 20 g Garlic
- 5 g Black Pepper
- 80 g Honey
- 250 g White Vinegar
- 30 g Olive Oil
- 20 g Sugar white
- 20 g Paprika Powder
- 10 g Salt
Method:
- Rough chop red pepper, coriander, blend together with black pepper, garlic, olive oil, and white vinegar.
- Place in a pot and cook on medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes; add sugar, salt, paprika, HOT SAUCE DUBAI paste, and honey to taste.

- 140 g Jalapeno whole
- 400 g Pineapple slice(chopped from can)
- 100 ml pineapple juice(from can)
- 140 g White onion small diced cut
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Sugar white
- 2 tbsp White balsamic
- 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds pinch – salt and pepper to taste

- Toast the coriander seeds until golden and fragrant then grind into powder

Method:
- Clean the chicken thigh then rub with salt, pepper and olive
