1. Subscription Overview
Our subscription service provides regular deliveries of Tabchilli products, including fermented hot sauces, kimchi, sauerkraut, and other fermented foods, directly to your doorstep based on your selected plan.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Plans: We offer flexible subscription plans with varying delivery frequencies (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each cycle, according to the plan you select.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

3. Changes to Subscription

• Modifications: You can modify your subscription details (e.g., products, delivery frequency) through your account dashboard.
• Pausing/Skipping: You may pause or skip a delivery anytime before the billing date of the next cycle.

4. Cancellation Policy

• How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next billing date.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
• Refunds: If there are issues with your order (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

6. Delivery

• Coverage: We deliver within UAE.
• Delivery Issues: Tabchilli is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Pricing & Changes

• Prices are subject to change. Any pricing adjustments will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription before changes take effect.

8. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Tabchilli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your subscription.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE.
