I was born in Romania and grew up with pickles. I'm a big fan of cucumber and cabbage pickles in brine. Since relocating to the UAE, I haven't found a good cabbage pickle in brine, and so I was in total AWE when I tasted the Sauerkraut - Just Salt - it tasted exactly like the pickled cabbage my mum is making every year. In the UAE I've discovered Kimchi, and the one I ordered from Tabchilli has a fantastic flavor - I'm thrilled I can purchase delicious Kimchi in more oversized packages than the ones I found in supermarkets, in cans. I was craving cabbage pickle in brine when I was shopping, so I only focused on that and did not see that Tabchilli also has cucumber pickles in brine - definitely my next order will include them.My husband is German, and a Chef, so he knows the definition of Sauerkraut. After tasting the Sauerkraut - Just Salt, his feedback was that "it is not ready; it's not Sauerkraut yet". He liked the Kimchi - Mild Spice I ordered.I loved the ordering process; it's online, easy, and it comes the next day. I ordered for 75AED, and the delivery fee was 19AED - totally OK.It's also sustainable; I can reuse the carton box they deliver the products in, and I can also reuse their plastic bags with zip packaging for storing different items in the freezer or packing my sandwich for lunch in the office.Thank you! And well done! I will definitely recommend it to the Romanian community!

I attended the Kombucha workshop at Tabchilli in March and just wanted to thank the whole team for their support.
